The bags of Warhammer Power Leveling awarded are random and the best bag is given to the highest ranked player who need WAR Levelings, the second best bag of Warhammer Powerleveling is given to the second best player who need WAR Power leveling and so on. This does not mean placing first always gets you better items or Warhammer Power Leveling however as it is common for all the bags of WAR Levelings to be the same (low) grade of Warhammer Powerleveling. The bag grades of WAR Power leveling are ranked by colour with white being the lowest, followed by green then blue, purple and the best bag is the gold one. In addition, PQs also contribute to the overall faction in an area. You can choose one of the three tiers of influence WAR Levelings rewards as your influence increases. Also although the PQs are repeatable the influence rewards of Warhammer Powerleveling can only be claimed once.
